OUR STORY
Route Muse was born out of pure passion — a love of travel, discovery, and the joy of creating journeys that feel truly our own.
I'm Kathy, I'm behind the travel ideas. I've spent hours putting together these itineraries for my family holidays, (I will add them all when I can) and found a few friends and family asked for them afterwards so they can use it as a backdrop to their own family holiday. They loved the idea of using my itinerary as somewhere to start. So I thought I would put them all here to share.
Travel is about freedom — the freedom to do what you want, when you want, and how you want. I found that planning our own itineraries gave us the flexibility to explore hidden gems, take the detours that excited us, and linger in the places that touched our hearts, and saved us money to travel further and longer.
RouteMuse grew from this belief: that everyone should have the tools and inspiration to craft unforgettable journeys on their own terms. Whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime trip or a spontaneous getaway, planning can be just as exciting as the journey itself, and sometimes we just need somewhere to start!
